"What do the Rabbis Say?” | Thursdays, October 23rd, 30th, November 6th, 13th at 7pm

Description: What are the Reform Rabbi’s responses to contemporary questions posed by congregants? These four sessions will cover a wide range of topics and will involve attendees in discussing what they think the response to a question would have been, followed by sharing what the Rabbis have said. Great opportunity to find out how modern day, Reform Judaism, provides an- swers and guidance to a wide range of real life issues and concerns. The sessions will include group discussion and the oppor- tunity for attendees to pose questions. Although attendance at all sessions is encouraged, each session is stand-alone so please feel free to register even if you know you cannot attend all sessions.

CHANT CIRCLE - September 20 – Sunrise Chant Circle
“A Sacred and Breathtaking Experience Prior to the High Holy Days”
Leave behind the hustle and bustle of your daily life as you feel the serenity of the sacred sunrise and the cool sand beneath your feet. Renew and refresh your body, soul, and mind as you feel the warmth of the first rays of the sun pierce the horizon. Chanting is an ancient tradition of opening the heart and soul to prayer, God, and each other. Join members of Our Tribe for our second Sunrise CRJ Chant Circle. Listen to the waves rolling in and feel the spirit of the Sacred Chants as our people have experienced for over 5000 years. Our experience on the beach will begin at 6:15AM, followed by breakfast at the nearby Beacon Restaurant around 7:30am. The restaurant has now expanded from cash only to accepting credit cards. Prepare for this unique experience by bonding on a spiritual level with each other on September 19 at CRJ’s Friday night Shabbat service at 8PM.
